INCA collaborated with our partners Bureau Betak to deliver Sabato De Sarno’s vision for the Gucci Cruise Show 2025.

INCA worked with The Tate Modern in a take over of the Tanks for the fashion show and an after party in Turbine Hall which had never been done before for any brand.

We curated the largest and most ambitious plant installation to date with 10,000 plants, 100 trees and shrubs, 700 square metres of moss and thousands of delicate plug plants to create the detailed finish against the brutalist concrete to create a verdant take over of the Tanks. All plants after the show were donated to a community project in West London, with the first delivery happening tomorrow morning.

1000 guests were invited to the Turbine Hall where projections covered the entrance floor and the largest Disco Ball ever built rotated creating an incredible light show to accompany renowned DJs Mark Ronson and Kaytranda.
